WARRANTY
Our cricket bats are guaranteed against any fault of the manufacture or defective materials for a period of 12 months
from the time of purchase. Proof of purchase is required with any claim. Our precise care of bat instructions are written
on the back of the swing tag attached to every bat. Warranty does not include: insufficient preparation,
superficial cracking, moisture damage and misuse. Should you encounter any problems or have any queries regarding
proper care of your bat please contact us at info@screamingcat.com.au . Any warranty claim is strictly at the discretion
of Screaming Cat Cricket Pty Ltd.
SHIPPING/SERVICE
Once payment is confirmed, your order will be shipped within a couple of days. Special custom orders may take an extra
day or two. We will endeavour to meet any specific requirements of an order. Overseas Direct is a service provided for
customers outside of Australia. Orders can only be shipped to an address outside of Australia. Shipping is free of charge
via Express Post International and is traceable on http://ice.auspost.com.au/. Dispatch is confirmed via an email
containing your tracking details.
PRIVACY POLICY
All customer information is kept strictly confidential. Under no circumstances will Screaming Cat Cricket Pty Ltd divulge,
share, or sell customer information.
IMPORT TAX & DUTIES
Your order may be subject to import duties/taxes levied on imports to your country. Customs forms for all international
packages
list the value of your order’s contents. Screaming Cat Cricket Pty Ltd has no control over these charges and can not
predict what they may be. You, as the customer, are liable for any charges imposed on import. You can contact your local
customs office for further assistance if required.
LIABILITY
Due to the nature of the sport, some reasonably foreseeable impacts may exceed the limitations of our products.
Screaming Cat Cricket Pty Ltd accepts no responsibility whatsoever, for any injuries sustained or damages caused to property by
the use of our products whether they be damaged or otherwise.
